Junior wrestler Jacob Alcala is a role model of a student-athlete, both inside the halls of Davis High School and out. He is a hard-working individual who's passing all his classes as he works toward his goal of becoming a State Champion. So far in the 2023-24 season, he's compiled a record of 24-2, placing 1st at the Davis Invite and 3rd at both the Gut Check and Hammerhead tournaments, two of the toughest wrestling events in the state.
