At the District 5 Swim Championships, Peter Whitney placed 2nd in the 100 Meter Butterfly. His performance advances himself to the 2025 WIAA State Swim Championships on Feb 21 in Federal Way. Peter, who was also named the Big Nine League swimmer of the year, is the first Davis Pirate Swimmer to advance to the State Playoffs in recent history. (we are trying to verify who the last swimmer was!)
